Emilia Wint started skiing at three years old with her parents and grandfather and started racing competitively at age 9. She was drawn to the freeride team and won the first major contest she entered at Breckenridge’s Spring Massive Slopestyle in 2009. She is known for her fearless slopestyle tricks, big air and rails, which earned her invites to Dew Tour Finals and Euro X all within weeks of top finishes at Killington Dew Tour, Aspen/Snowmass Open, and the Mammoth Mountain VISA U.S. Freeskiing Grand Prix.
With her impressive professional debut in 2011-12, Emilia successfully transformed from a promising teenage park skier into a leading contender for the 2014 Olympic Team. A knee injury sidelined her 2013-14 season and a chance at making the Sochi Winter Olympic Team but Emilia is looking forward to reclaiming the podium in 2014-15.
